To achieve a big dream, it takes extraordinary people together to agree into practice. The concerts of "Torstock" no established national music host names, because they have listened to the first simple and instinctive rock formations of young people of our land. So it has been since 1996, the first edition of Torstock, the brainchild of Michael Pettersson and Marco Giannasso , supported by the immediate enthusiasm Enzo Beccia and organizational skills of Danilo de Felice, of Ciro Russo and Joseph Giarnetti . And when after nine years, it turns out that many of the participants of the editions from 1996 to 2000, continued to pursue the path of music, developing and enriching themselves in reality that have emerged on the national scene, a great comfort and joy made us believe, Cyrus and Daniel symbolic event legacy continues, aided by an exceptional group of people who supported us in this adventure, that "Torstock" is a reality that must continue to exist in the years ahead. Torremaggiore home of art and great musicians, a city of culture and medieval re-enactments, has regained its festival of free music and played live. For one night, the guitars of "Torstock" have moved past the summer heat, the blows of the battery attracted hundreds of onlookers gathered to listen to the music that makes turn up their noses : rock became established since the sixties has been recalled by 36 musicians in its many forms, although the source of this music festival was born during the youth of our parents. What do you remember Mom and Dad's three days of Woodstock in Bethel in the 1969 Sullivan County, State of New York, or the first Beatles concert in 1965 at Milan's Vigorelli or visit to Italy in the 1968 Jimi Hendrix? The children remember the music of the lotus parents. Our generation is the offspring of those times, rose to the sound of this and wants to play rock in all its tendencies: Cream, Pink Floyd, Iron Maiden, Queen, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, the crossover and modern enough to rock were from Italian soundtrack in Saturday's return of "Torstock" Torremaggiore. The limits imposed by the unavoidable budget where our administrators have come across this year have been exceeded. The initiative of the same group of friends in 1996 found an important result and the possibility to resume the music event that, for five years did include Torremaggiore Capitanata's summer music scene and now, thanks to the hundreds of passengers on the network, has created a tam-tam of information that has allowed the rebirth of the event.
